- Children's financial participation, identity verification, beneficiary data, biometric data, marketing, analytics, profiling, and automated decisions require privacy impact assessment and executive approval before activation.
- If child data is received indirectly through a claim, beneficiary designation, or family welfare record, access should be restricted and retention should be limited to the lawful purpose.
