Refund and Reversal Policy

Platform subscription refunds concern FelbaCare service fees and depend on the checkout disclosure, invoice state, payment-provider rules, consumer rights, and FelbaCare's operational ability to refund.
Group contribution refunds concern money paid under group rules. They require authorized group approval and may be outside FelbaCare's direct control unless a future licensed fund-handling model is approved.
Payment reversals, duplicate payments, chargebacks, provider reversals, wrong-member allocations, wrong-period allocations, and fraud recovery must be recorded as new correction records rather than silently deleting the original audit trail.
FelbaCare may withhold or delay refunds or reversals where evidence is incomplete, fraud is suspected, a legal hold applies, or the payment provider has not completed settlement.
