- Officers must confirm authority before creating groups, managing members, configuring payment accounts, approving claims, reversing payouts, settling invoices, viewing sensitive data, or exporting records.
- Officers must protect member data, avoid conflicts, disclose conflicts, use maker-checker review where required, preserve receipts and evidence, avoid retroactive ledger manipulation, keep audit trails intact, and hand over records when roles change.
- Payment-account owners or officers must confirm ownership or lawful authority, provider terms, account purpose, statement access, verification method, replacement process, and group disclosure before activation.
- Officers must not represent FelbaCare as holding funds, guaranteeing claims, guaranteeing returns, licensing the group, approving illegal activity, or replacing the group's constitution, legal advice, tax advice, or regulator filings.
- FelbaCare may remove officer privileges, suspend account features, preserve records, notify other authorized officers, or require legal/regulatory evidence where officer conduct creates risk.
