- Subscription billing is separate from group funds. Platform fees are paid for FelbaCare service access and do not create a contribution, savings deposit, investment, insurance premium, or group wallet balance.
- Failed payments may lead to grace period, past-due status, downgrade, suspension, or cancellation according to the displayed plan terms and applicable law.
- Cancellation should be reasonably accessible. Account or group data export should be available before closure where technically and lawfully possible.
- Promotions, discounts, trials, taxes, and price changes require clear disclosure and may require renewed acceptance before taking effect.
