Why is my payment waiting for review?

A receipt code or screenshot alone is not proof of payment, so some payments need a check.

A screenshot, SMS, or receipt code is not conclusive proof on its own. If FelbaCare cannot match your code automatically, an official checks it against the group's statement.

Until then it shows as declared or pending review. Ask your treasurer if it has been waiting a long time. Never send anyone your M-Pesa PIN.
