Reset a forgotten password

Get a one-time reset link by email.

For your safety, reset links expire after 30 minutes and work only once. FelbaCare support will never ask for your password.

Steps

  1. On the login page, choose Forgot password (/auth/forgot-password).
  2. Enter your account email and open the link we send.
  3. Choose a new password of at least 12 characters.

FelbaCare is group-management software for chamas, welfare groups and investment clubs. It is not a SACCO or a bank.
